PROACTIV System Manager (PSM) configures, monitors and trouble-shoots PROACTIV fire protection systems.
It is easy-to-use and has been designed to provide you, the operator, with complete control. The user-friendly interace allows you to quickly assess and respond to system events - all from one convenient location. PSM is a total solution for integrated control and monitoring of your PROACTIV systems.
The Picture Tells the Story
PSM provides a central and integrated platform for your PROACTIV monitoring and controlling systems. PSM provides the ability to monitor multiple remote sites with full control and programming functionality in real time. PSM4 integrates the enormous amount of information provided by your fire system.
At a glance the PSM interface can show you:
- the presence of events in the context of your floor-plans,
- a color-coded real-time event list, prioritised according to urgency,
- graphical representation of smoke levels,
- smoke trending analysis so that you can compare smoke levels across the system,
- exact details about the location, zone and and environment of devices involved in an event
- and smart, user-friendly operator controls that leave you in complete control.
The software also enables you to send email (and SMS) notification to maintenance and response staff, enabling you to take full advantage of the very early warning that VESDA systems provide.
Powerful configuration capabilities in one tool
PSM includes all the sophisticated network and device configuration capabilities of VESDA System Configurator (VSC) software. It also includes all of VSC’s system commissioning and testing functionality. The offline configuration function of PSM allows you to create an off-line configuration at your convenience and later connect and configure the system when on-site. PSM automatically discovers devices on your network and all the configuration management functionality is available and is easily set up from a single location.
PSM is designed to be used by operators within an end-user organization and/or by fire service providers, responsible for the outsourced maintenance and operation of a fire protection system.
