Product Description
The PROACTIV® Remote Annunciator Module (RA) provides remote system status information and control of the PROACTIV system.
The RA can be mounted to a surface or recess style 4 gang back box and is connected to the ancillary SLC of the PROACTIV Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP).
Function
The RA consists of an LCD display that provides access to the full operational status and standard control of the PROACTIV system.
The RA provides summary indicators for the alarm, supervisory and trouble status of the system. You can review the detailed event information within the system and can choose to acknowledge these events. An audible signal will sound when the PROACTIV system generates an alarm or trouble condition, and will continue to sound until the condition is acknowledged by an operator.
Operation
The RA user interface is consistent with the PROACTIV FACP, providing a familiar look and feel across the whole PROACTIV system. The LCD display supports 21 by 8 characters.
The menu button allows you to view and set system and device configuration data via the LCD display. A test function is also provided on the RA to verify that the display and the keypad are functioning correctly.
