Product Description
Designed for use with the PRECISION Intelligent Detectors, the PRECISION Device Programmer makes it possible to individually program a detector before installing on to the system.
Although certain functions, such as mode-switching, are only available if PRECISION detectors are controlled by a dedicated PROACTIV FACP, individual detectors can be plugged into the programmer to access a number of PRECISION Read and Write features.
Function
The Device Programmer allows the User to:
- Look up the date of manufacture
- Check the drift compensation value
- Display the operating mode (sensitivity level)
- Change the operating mode
- Select/de-select LED flash mode
The Device Programmer also allows the setting of the PRECISION Photoelectric, Ionization, Heat and Multi-sensor detectors into the correct Mode for a particular application type and installation.
The Device Programmer has a detector-mounting base permanently attached to its upper surface.
